Dominique said when it comes to the overall service experience and with the courtesy of the service advisor, his fiance was told the alternator is bad. It was attempted to get more money. A new battery and cable was installed. He wouldn't recommend this business for service because of the experience. Overall, he suggests to not attempt to con, and to get it right the first time.

We apologize that you feel your fiancé had a bad experience. When your fiancé came the battery failed the test and the battery cable ends were frail and falling apart. These items absolutely needed to be replaced. Once we replaced the battery and cables and began additional testing to insure your fiancé would be safe we found that the alternator was failing as well. It’s unfortunate but these items are related and can all need repair or replacement at the same time. The car is now 15 years old, and being a woman herself our service advisor Julie wanted to make sure that your fiancé’s car was repaired properly. We understand she was towed in after breaking down on the freeway, which can be a scary experience. We did not get the opportunity to speak with you during our diagnostic and repair process. We still have all the readings from out tests and would love if you could come down so we could show you our findings. We want you to have the up most confidence in our repair recommendations.
