Walter said the service was good, but it was not as prompt as he is used to. He said he was there by 7:30 am, but they didn't get started on the work until 8:00 am. He waited an hour and a half for his oil change. This business could serve him better by lowering their prices. He said he feels confident about bringing his vehicle in for service. He has been going to this business for two years. He heard about this business when he went to a Shell gas station for a smog check. The Shell station didn't do it and they recommended this business. He's been going to them ever since.
