Monica said she thinks she has been charged twice for a smog check. When the vehicle was in for a repair she paid for a smog check. The vehicle had to be returned to have the repair completed and she was then charged for the smog check again. There was also a discussion over the phone with Kelly regarding replacing the bumper included in the estimate. A estimate given by a different location had included the bumper in their estimate. After getting her insurance involved again the bumper was then included.
