Jessica said she called to ask if they were busy and the lady on the phone told her to just bring her vehicle in. When she got there she had to wait 4 hours for her oil change.

Jessica, I'm so very sorry for your experience. We record our calls for quality assurance. I reviewed the call for training purposes. I think there may have been some confusion while making the appointment. We confirmed that you would not be waiting for the vehicle and offered a ride home; you stated that a ride would not be needed you would be able to use your mother’s vehicle because she worked close by. We were completely un-aware that you were under time restraints. Please accept our apologies.
