Doreen, This is absolutely correct. We require that all children be properly restrained in our shuttle vehicles. This is for their safety, and it's the law. We offered to take the car seat from the vehicle you used when you drove in with your child but unfortunately you did not use one at that time either. We do have to abide by California law, and never want to endanger the life of such precious cargo. We will be more than happy to shuttle you and child home in the future as long as you provide the proper safety restraint. I'm very sorry that we received a low score because we were following the law, and looking out for the best interest of your young child.
