Daniel said he waited 30 extra minutes for the vehicle without any explanation as to why. He stated he would appreciate if they estimated the time better.

Daniel sorry for the additional wait. We try to accommodate walk in appointments as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we did exceed our estimated completion time by 10 minutes, generally our smog checks take about 45 minutes and according to our records you were in and out in 55.
