Fred said he was not satisfied with his overall service experience, the quality of the service worked performed and he would not recommend this business for service. This business told him he needed new motor mounts but when he went to get a second opinion he was told his motor mounts were just fine.

Fred, I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied at your last visit. I'm curious to find out how the other shop diagnosed the problem. We took you out to your vehicle to show you how the weak mother mounts were causing components of your engine to shift, causing the exhaust to hit underneath causing the metal on metal vibration noise. Give us a call back when it's convenient so we can discuss 714 847 5600.
