Spoke with Frank's daughter, Jessica. She said she brought her vehicle in for service. She didn't rate her overall experience with this business higher, because of the following. Her most recent service visit was the second time she had to return to this business, because they forgot to perform a repair. On her initial service visit her dad spoke with her service advisor, and asked him to check the brakes and screw the side panel in. Jessica had to return for her most recent service visit because they forgot to screw in the side panel. She concluded, this business was helpful, and they do a pretty good job.
