Spoke with Carl. He said he had to take his vehicle back twice. He was not happy with the quality of the work because he had to go back, but he chose not to elaborate. He would not recommend this business based on this experience and he was not happy with the price.

Carl, We would love to speak with you regarding the repairs on your wife's vehicle. When she initially came in we could not duplicate the brake noise she was describing. We invited her to come back when the noise re-occurred. She came in and noticed that it seemed to happen when her AC was on, not when she was using her brakes. We immediately went on a test drive with her to hear the noise and we were able to diagnose and fix the problem. I'm glad we could get her taken care of.
