Jane said she was dissatisfied with the overall service experience because she does not think they looked at the tires. The paperwork says the tires were checked and were fine, but when she brought the vehicle in the tire pressure was very low. She is unsure what else they might have said they did but did not because of this. She would not recommend this business for the above reason. The vehicle was not ready when promised because they had to wash it. She does not recall exactly how late the vehicle was, but it felt like a long time because her back was out. The people at the business were really nice, but the problem with the service means she will not be back.

Jane, Please give us a call 714 847 5600 I would love to speak to you about your experience. We do check the tire pressure at each and every visit, and it is adjusted according to the manufactures recommendations. You stated it was low when you came in, did it appear low when you left? If so please bring it back so we can double check it for you. Also in reviewing your invoice, I do show that all repairs were completed in a timely manner once we received approval from you. Perhaps you could give me a call and share with me your perception of the time frame. I’m so sorry to hear that your back is causing you trouble, I can absolutely relate. If you are ever not feeling well, simply decline the courtesy wash. It’s not a necessary part of the repairs, it’s a courtesy we provide to our VIP customers to show them how much we appreciate them. If you’re not feeling well, simply let us know and we will give you a “rain check” on the wash. Feel better soon!
