Tam said he went to this business for a 40-point check and they did not do the check. He called back and they told him they did not do it. He is upset because then someone called after that and said they did do it. There is no documentation saying they did it. They said he could bring his vehicle back and they would do it but he does not want to go back to this business. They told him to set an appointment by email, which he did but then when he showed up for his appointment, they did not have record of it. He said they could serve him better by having better communication between the service advisor and the shop. He said they did a good job on his oil change. He would not recommend them due to the above stated reasons.
