Ron said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because he originally took his vehicle into this business for a state paid smog test he didn't have a choice about and his vehicle was running and starting fine before this visit. Now, in the morning his vehicle has a hard time starting and when his vehicle has run for a while and he turns it off it will not start again, like it is flooded or something. He passed the smog test but now he is having problems he didn't have before with his vehicle and he is not satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle for that reason. He would not recommend this business for service because of the reasons already stated and this business could serve him better by fixing his vehicle correctly the first time.

Ron, We had no idea you were having issues with your vehicle after your visit. After reading this review we left you a message, please give us a call so we can take a look at your vehicle and find out what is going on. Initially when you brought in your 79 Mercedes for the State assisted smog repair we did notice that the vehicle was running rough and hard to start. If the problem is getting worse please bring it in, so we can see if it’s related to the emissions repair we performed, at no cost to you.
