Melissa said she was not completely satisfied overall or with their courtesy or communication because they did not use her contact numbers. She said she filled out their paperwork with her two phone numbers and her husband's work phone number. The business called her father's phone number to say the vehicle was ready. They must have found his phone number on the insurance information, since she is associated with her father's policy. When she found out her vehicle had been sitting at the facility for 5 days the customer service representative was not apologetic. The customer service representative only called twice during the 3 week long process. She said she used insurance for the repairs and she would not recommend the business to customers paying out-of-pocket because a mechanic later told her that some things they quoted were overpriced. She used a rental vehicle and she would not recommend them to people needing rental vehicles because there was a lack of coordination at the business regarding the rental vehicle. The business could serve her better by contacting her correct phone numbers.

Melissa, We certainly apologize for the confusion with the phone number. Since we are connected electronically with your insurance company they did import your fathers phone number as the best contact number since he is the primary policy holder. We would love to speak to you regarding the communication. Our records indicate that we contacted you several times via email and phone during the repair process to keep you updated. We would like to hear how we could improve this better. Our service department would also like to speak to you regarding the quotes you received for mechanical work.
