Steve said he appreciates this business, they do a real good job, and he recommends them all the time. He would give them a 7 rating out of 5 if he could. They had a real problem with the smog test and it took a long time, but this business did the best it could. He has a Japanese vehicle and it's a mystery to get them to qualify on the ever more stringent California emissions test. The factories don't make it easy because the information is not published in the manuals. His service advisor, Julieanne, was a real sweetheart. Steve stated to give an idea, he started with this on August 1st, and he just got his stickers today. He had been driving illegally but he didn't get ticketed. Steve wouldn't want to change anything about this business except that he'd like them to be closer to him.
