John said his vehicle did not get washed and the sticker that was put on his windshield reads 411,000 miles for his next service. His vehicle was done early.

I have made a note in your account that we owe you a free car wash. Traditionally the complimentary is not provided on our basic car was but we would be more than happy to do it for you.

When you come in for the wash we can fix your sticker. That must be some fantastic oil ha ha!
