Mindy said she was not satisfied with the overall service experience. They forgot to rotate her tires and she had to go back a second time to have it done. It was an inconvenience to her. They had mentioned in the paperwork that the tires were rotated but they were not. She was not satisfied with the courtesy and the communication of her service advisor because of the miscommunication with her tires. She was not satisfied with the quality of the service work because of the reason mentioned above. She chose not to recommend them because she is not sure if she could trust them. She wanted to know what was done to her vehicle and have someone show her and explain to her what was done. She had to ask them a list of questions to make sure they had done everything she asked. They should spend a little bit more time with their customers to go through everything that was done to their vehicle.
