Jennifer said she was not completely satisfied with her overall experience because her vehicle was not ready to be picked up until 30 to 45 minutes late. They also did not wash the vehicle when they usually do. It took up to 45 minutes longer than expected because she was told they were busy. She is unsure why there was no communication because she had to call them several times. Other than that, they could serve her better by having more timely communication on when she could pick up the vehicle and still mange to wash the vehicle when they can't.
