Robert said he was not satisfied overall or with the quality of the work because the vehicle is still making noises when turning. The vehicle was 15 minutes late because they were washing the vehicle. The service advisor was very nice. He really likes that the business did the work that he wanted without trying to push additional services at him. He suggested that the business have the service advisor debrief the customer when the vehicle is picked up, recapping the work done and suggesting things to look out for.
