Sylvia said they took very good care of her and her vehicle. It was also ready sooner than promised. Sylvia commented the reason why she brought her vehicle to this business was because they took such good care of her mom when her mom brought a vehicle for body work. At the time her mom was getting older and in her late 70's. She wiped out the side mirror, and they went over it with her and showed her exactly what they would do. Her mom got a little confused at one point, but they were very patient and made sure she understood. They fixed the side mirror, but also, it was an electronically controlled mirror, and her mom never had any electrical problems afterward. Sylvia stated she felt she could trust them because they took such good care of her mom and did such good work.
