Betty said she was not too happy with the business. She said even if it was not in the agreement they could have rubbed out a little scratch. Jose is very nice to deal with. He is very helpful. Her vehicle was ready a day earlier then promised. They did not remove the paper the mechanics step on in her vehicle. They did not drive her vehicle up to her when completely finished and she has never experienced that at this business. They did not go the extra mile. She said it was a little annoying.
