Colin said his vehicle would not start and he had it towed to this business on Thursday night. They did not start working on it till the next day, which was fine because it got there late. They found it had a bad starter and they replaced it. That Friday night he went to pick up the vehicle but it still would not start. On Saturday he never got word from them really until it was ready after their closing time and he picked it up then. The vehicle worked alright over the weekend but the next week his battery died. He said he was bummed that they did not catch the battery sooner and that was why the vehicle was not working. He said they need to work on their communication based on the lack of communication he had that Saturday.
