This was a recall and it was fixed. Would of been nice if they offered coffee to drink, but I survived. They made it up to me by giving me free SiriusXM for free for two months. I am happy.

"They are great"
I enjoy working with the staff at Haddad, but I am disappointed in the problems that I’ve had with my Hyundai Sonata. I am especially disappointed in the cost to fix something that is a known factory default.

I've had only the best of service since my relationship began with Haddad Hyundai back in 2015. From sales to service, the Haddad staff is customer service oriented and consistently provide nothing but the best in friendly, professional customer service! I always leave feeling like the Haddad staff really does care about customer satisfaction.

"Review Update"
I was never contacted by the service manager. Oil change at any other Hyundai dealership takes 40 minutes average, I was there for almost two hours. Meanwhile other customers in the waiting room were complaining about how slow it was.
