Mostly warrant repairs.
Easy to get an appointment. A few too many email reminders. Never called to tell me the service was complete...I had to call to check. Forgot to attach the results of the multipoint inspection.
I realize that there is a cost, but charging $40 to put in a few bulbs was more than I expected.
