I first want to apologize on behalf of Happy Hyundai for the dissatisfying service visit. It is extremely disheartening to hear that when you came in you were not provided the 5 star service that we are always aiming for. It looks like we dropped the ball on more than one thing at this visit and I can't apologize enough. It is unacceptable. Rip off
When I got there for my oil change/tire rotation I was informed that there were $650 worth of services I needed to have done in order for my car for its 30000 mile check up. When Explained that I did not have that kind of money the man became rude saying “hopefully the friends you have do it won’t mess it up” and then never updated me on my car during the maintenance was taking place knowing that I had somewhere I needed to be and then when I drive off the log I had not one buttwo nails in my tire.

Our duty as service consultants is to make sure you the consumer is aware of what services will keep your vehicle running in its best condition for as long as possible. I can assure you that if they were recommended it was for a reason and I can't apologize enough if it was communicated poorly. Additionally you stated you found nails in your tires after the visit. I am sincerely sorry that our service providers missed that. I can assure you we are taking the necessary steps to prevent this from ever happening again. Last Minute Tire Repair
I did not have an appointment, and they were able to take care of my tire (nail puncture). Ed was very nice to me, and they got me out of there within a reasonable amount of time and the amount I was charged seemed reasonable. Open very early in the morning, huge plus!
