Excellent service

Last week my battery began to discharge daily. I took it to a mechanic near my house and was told it was the alternator. He said I would also have to replace the battery. He gave me a price of $469 for the alternator plus another $124 for the battery, plus tax. I left there and called Hatfield and was given a quote over the phone of $280 plus tax. I dropped my car off that afternoon and Hatfield had the alternator replaced before 10am the next day. Trent also said my battery was fine. I have used Hatfield Auto Parts for over two years now for both my car and my truck. It's good to know there is a place where I can get an honest quote and good, fast service on my vehicles.

Jason said they did a good job and were able to resolve the problem. He enjoyed working with Mr. Hatfield himself.

Was told we needed an alternator to the tune of 800 plus at another location when all we really needed was a battery. Thanks for being honest Hatfields.

Always honest and fair.

Best place in town to have your car worked on. I brought my car in to have the A/C worked on and Hatfield fixed it right up for me for less than anyone else around. I highly recommend this place by far. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This place is the real deal.

Wonderful in every way, from mechanical problems to replacing a burned out 20+ year old tag light you can’t beat the quality of service that Hatfield’s provides at very reasonable prices.

My car quit running and would not crank at a downtown Birmingham busy intersection. AAA towed it to Hatfield Auto for me where they received it about lunchtime on the hottest day this year. They diagnosed and repaired the problem and completed a few other items I needed done. All A-Ok now. Great service at very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been having my cars, three now, for 30 years. It has improved as the shop moved to west Oxmoor road. Greater facilities, but the quality of service and flexibility of working with you continues today. They can work on any vehicle. I highly recommend trent and his team.
