I LOVE my Santa Fe, (Miss Faye). Rich, my service tech and his staff are GREAT!!. He recommends what is needed to keep my car in tip top shape; and always ready to listen.

Service department shines
Eric Burnside and team always provide professional, friendly, top-quality service. They take time to listen to your concerns and offer informed opinions and actions for your specific situation. We’ve all heard or been victims of horror stories where shops take advantage of you because they can, but that hasn’t been my experience here at all. Honesty and transparency is the name of the game here, and it’s why I come back.

Getting my car serviced isn't such a mundane experience here. The service staff are always funny and seem to really get along as a team. I have had two Hyundai's and I appreciate the way this dealership is run.

Upsales are more important than fixing known issues
Hyundai dis-advantage is what you should rename your warranty and service. Or perhaps, can't repeat the issue. My 2017 sonata has numerous issues. It accelerates on it's own when trying to stop, the steering wheel sticks at high speed causing oversteering. The engine knocks. These issues are all over the Hyundai forums but never get fixed. But the service department will be happy to sell you a brake cleaning or trying the BS you that you need an alignment with their silly portable alignment checking contraption. What a joke this company had become. It used to be an affordable alternative to the big 3 with a great warranty. Then they got too big for their britches. The resale value is also a joke. Never again Hyundai, never again!
