After our phone conversation last friday, I understand the mis-communication issue & the Shock alot of people experience when they get a bomb dropped on them like you did.

"Great Service.....as usual"
Visits to your shop are always pleasant and enjoyed by me. From the quick attention to my vehicle to the great chit-chat with Scott. "Locating and repairing leak"
Fearing a major engine leak, I drove straight to Hawker and placed my faith in the good hands of Scott to find and solve the problem. I left him with instructions to call for permission only if the repair was over $500.
Problem solved with only replacing the coolant reservoir cap for $19 and 1/2 hour of inspection time.
As always, great, reliable, and honest service.
