Patrick said he is very upset and he feels like he was cheated out of his money. The insurance company waved his deductible because the accident wasn't his fault. This facility said he still had to pay it so he did. Ira said once he receives a letter for corporate he would return his money to him. He got the letter but he only got back half. They still owe him $250. His insurance company called him yesterday and told him he's owed that money. He hasn't heard from any one and he would like his money back. The vehicle was delayed due to the insurance company.

We called Patrick after recieving this survey because we were shocked he felt this way about us. Our repairs could not have turned out any better and we was extremely happy with our service and quality when he picked up his RAM 1500.  Unfortunately, Patrick thought the survey was about the insurance company, Progressive and it's representative. Patrick is very unhappy with how Progressive Insurance handle his claim. The good news is, Patrick is very happy with us and will recommend us to others.

Jeffrey said the business was easy to deal with, and they had a person there that dealt with high end vehicles and insurance. Alec was easy to deal with, as well. The vehicle was a day or two ready in advance from the promised date. He received a few e-mails from them to keep him informed about the repair process and he brought the vehicle there because they were nice people.

Joe said his extra fuel box on the back of the vehicle was torn up and the staff hadn't wired it back up. He asked them to wire it, and the motor on that external fuel tank was left on by the staff and it burned up. The right screws were missing. He added the vehicle looks good, except for those things. He was told the repair would be completed in two weeks and it took eight weeks, due to the insurance company. He stated the staff was not truthful about that delay. The completion date of the repair kept changing. He would not recommend the business for those reasons, and because the vehicle is still not fixed.

Peter said there were delays throughout the process, and he wasn't kept well informed. Also, when he picked up his vehicle, the pressure was low in all of the tires. He stated he was not given a date the repairs would be finished up front, but his insurance company let him know it took them a long time to get an estimate to them. Additionally, when the repairs were finished, they held on to the vehicle while they were waiting for payment from the insurance company.

Ceasar said everything was perfect except for an issue he had with communication, so he is undecided if he was satisfied in that regard. He stated the staff told him the vehicle would be ready late on a Tuesday, so he should pick it up on Wednesday. Because of this, he turned his rental vehicle in on Wednesday. His insurance company considered the repair done on Tuesday, so they charged him for the extra day he had the rental.

Gino said everybody at this business was informative, they kept him up to date on his vehicle and he was happy with the repair. He was very satisfied with the way the employees treated him, he was familiar with this place, his family had bought their vehicles there and had them worked on there too. When he needed work this business was the first place he had thought of.

Juan said his experience was pretty cool. He liked that he did not have to worry about anything. He did mention the repairs took longer than usual. The staff originally thought the job would be up to 8 days, but it took 31 days because of parts delays. He stated he was only semi satisfied with how well he was informed as he had to call in several times, but he noted one of the staff members told him his number often shows up as a likely scam call, so it is possible he was not answering their calls.
