Although the repairs turned out great, the estimator in charge of her repairs did drop the ball when in came to keeping her informed. I hope she can forgive us for that. We do our best but we do sometimes make mistakes.

Harry said he brought the vehicle in on Friday and asked for it to be ready the following Saturday. He said they told him it would be ready on Wednesday, then they changed the due date to Friday. He was on vacation when they called and told him to pick the vehicle up and he didn't come back until Tuesday. The vehicle was delayed over 2 weeks and they didn't provide him with an explanation for the delay. He said he was not given an estimate, he was told to pay $100. The only person he spoke with was the estimator, but he didn't have any communication with anyone else. He said he is reluctant to recommend this business because of his experience. He didn't elaborate further.

Harry missed a repair appointment earlier that week and then dropped off unexpected on a Friday. We do not mind but we were not ready to start on his vehicle due to our other customers already in the shop when Harry dropped off. Had the original appointment been kept, his vehicle would came in on Monday and been ready the next Friday.

He said they told him that normally this type of work takes about 4 or 5 days, but the vehicle was ready a day or two late because they needed more time. He said they did a good job on the work. Anand said the customer service wasn't up to par. He said he had chosen to see a person he knew that works for them who he wanted to work on his vehicle. He said they transferred him to someone else that does insurance. He said the vehicle was ready two weeks late because there was a lack of communication between the insurance and this business. He said the insurance was a pain and if they had updated there wouldn't have been several errors and he would not have had to return to have the issues corrected. He chose not to elaborate. He said he wasn't kept informed and he had to call them. He wasn't happy with the way he was treated because in the middle of the repair he had to take off of work to pick up his vehicle and they hadn't finished the work. He said he did not communicate with this business.

He is correct on the time frame and communication issue. We made 4 contact attempts to the insurance company and they wouldn't not repsond. It took tohe owner calling them to get approval. We needed their approval for supplment damage in order to continue with repairs or risk the owner having to pay the supplemental damages himself. We didn't want that. Many times the communication required to keep us (the shop), the customer and insurance company all on the same page will slow down to total repair process. We all wish it did not have to be this way but, as for now it does.

Ashley is long time customer. I'm sorry she did not receive the 5 star service that she deserved. As for her car being 3 days late, we were waiting for her new door to arrive. This was not communicated to her according to out file and it is completely our fault. I hope she will forgive us.
