Dempsey said according to the insurance the repairs were supposed to be done in two hours but it took them eight days. He said they were out of $500 due to rental fees that the insurance didn't cover. He stated it shouldn't have taken them long to get the parts from Houston to Dallas and the rental they gave seemed to be more expensive than others that were being advertised. He mentioned from his observation everything seemed suspicious. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

Mr. Craft's insurance company had not properly estimated the damages to his vehicle and therefor the repairs took longer. More damage, equals more repairs needed which equals more repair time. As for the rental issue, Mr. Craft did not purchase the proper level of rental coverage when he bought his insurance policy.

Terrel said everything went as planned. He dropped it off in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon. He mentioned the estimator acted like it was a big deal when he asked him to check the underside of the vehicle for damage during the estimate. The estimator said he did not need to check because he could already tell. He did not have much communication with the business.

Lan said his Honda Accord was not repaired with Honda parts. They phoned him to pick up his vehicle because it was ready, but he noticed gaps between the bumper and body of the vehicle. They let him know about the generic parts and decided to take the vehicle back in to have the parts replaced with actual Honda parts. He said they should have informed him about the use of generic parts before the repair process started. He is happy with the look of his vehicle now. They did not communicate with him during the repair process so he thinks that needs improvement.

Ann said this business took longer to get everything done than it should have. She was an hour late to work because they did not have the rental vehicle processed before she got there. It also appears they sprayed some type of clear coat over the headlights that she will need to have removed.

Unfortunately when we find additional damage during the repair process, it does take longer to repair vehicles. More work plus more parts equals more time. As for the rental issue, we made the reservation for her, had the billing set-up but the rental company didn't have her vehicle ready. We are sorry for that but they are not part of our body shop. We do our best to have everything pre arranged for our customers but sometimes the rental companies drop the ball instead of running with it.

Kim said this business kept her vehicle too long. She didn't receive it until the last minute, a few hours before they were supposed to go on vacation. They kept promising the vehicle to her and it ended up being five days late but she did not mention why. She was not updated and she does not know why. She was satisfied with the quality of the repair but she had to reinstall the spare tire and there were lots of things left undone. She did not wish to list all of the things that were not done. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated but chose not to elaborate. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

She is correct that it took a long time to repair her vehicle. It took the insurance company 6 tries to finaly comlpete an accurate estimate to repair her vehicle. The vehicle was late because her husband wanted custom bumpers for his truck. If her husband had allowed us to install the OEM bumpers, the truck would have been ready much sooner. We had very little communication with Mrs. Mills, her husband was the person in charge of the repairs. Maybe he was not completely honest with his wife.
