Spoke with Rebecca. She said she took her vehicle in for repairs but the vehicle does not look aligned. The front bumper is sticking up and not aligned with the hood. Also, the cup holder is broken and was told to take the vehicle to be checked and they did offer to make a correction.

Eddie said he was told by the staff at this business that his vehicle would be ready sooner than it was. He was told they were waiting for the insurance to approve, however he contacted the insurance and was told things were already approved. He was told he could pick his vehicle up on Monday but it was Wednesday or Thursday when he got his vehicle back. He called them on his own for updates.

Francisco said this business took over a month to fix a little dent on a little Fiat 500. That was ridiculous. It was being paid by the at fault insurance. When he arrived to pick up his vehicle they told him there was a $300 balance. The quality was good but the customer service was not. There was no promise date for the repair.

Victor said the repairs took a little longer than was expected, but he was out of town and when he came back his vehicle was ready, so that was okay. Everything did not get fixed all the way. He was very satisfied with Chris and said Chris did more than what he needed to do. He would recommend this business when not dealing with an insurance business. He actually did not choose this business it was towed here by mistake. It was suppose to be towed to Sugarland.

Marini said Ira was amazing from the start to the finish. He helped her out and dealt with everything with the insurance facility. She chose not to elaborate on her vehicle being ready, but did say there were some issues with the insurance business. Ira was constantly giving her updates and she liked that.

Randy said he was not satisfied with the overall experience. First, he had a rental with the insurance company for forty days. He dropped the vehicle off one month later. He picked the vehicle up two weeks before forty days were up. He called and the repair had not been started because they were waiting on parts. The repair time went over forty days and he had to pay for a rental. Finally, the staff said the vehicle would be ready on Thursday and he got it Monday or Tuesday of the next week. The facility did give him a loaner. However, he had to pay for a week . Also, his vehicle was still operable and did not have to be there .The advisor was the problem not the technicians working on the vehicle. He did not like how this was handled. The quality of the repair was good, although he hears road noise and does not want to return to the facility. For the reasons stated, he would not recommend this business. The outside appearance of the vehicle is great.
