This is unfortunate. We provide the insurance carriers with an accurrate repair plan as outlined by OEM procedures. It frequently takes several attempts to get the work approved. We can't begin the actual repairs until someone approves the repair amount. Sometimes, this can take a week or two. It is very similar to getting approval for a medical procedure, without pre-approval the claim may not be completely covered.
For that, I apologize. We should communicate better with our customers.
