Shari said Vern and Chuck were great. She only had to have minimal involvement with the repair . The vehicle looked great. She was mostly satisfied, however, she will return to the facility due to a whistling sound coming from the front door window .The insurance took awhile. Once done, the repair moved along.

Guilia said this facility repaired her vehicle, but as she was driving it overheated. She brought it back in and they corrected it right away. They had forgotten to add the radiator coolant. It was a 3 day delay and she had to have it towed back in. Lauren was phenomenal though and handled everything immediately. She was really great overall.
