Spoke with Lilly. She said her vehicle took six days longer than expected. The business continued to tell her that it would be done that afternoon and then changing it to the next morning. The business did not respond to her requests for them to call her back, she always had to call them. The only time the business would return her call is when she was frustrated or upset. They continued to find additional damage and the communication was lacking. The personnel made promises they couldn't keep and she wouldn't recommend the business for these reasons.

Michael said the insurance company told him the vehicle would be fixed in three days but since there was so much extensive damage it took five days. He also said he didn't have any communication with the business, all of his communication was through the insurance company. The business did a really good job and he is pleased with the repairs.

Derek said he would have given them the highest rating if they had not scratched a part. He had to wait a couple days for his vehicle due to the scratch and the side molding was incorrect, but he would not elaborate. His tail light went out and they had to tighten it for him. The person that prepared his estimate did a good job and the personnel were very nice.
