Spoke with Harley. She said the facility did everything they had said they would do and were friendly. Her only concern was the wait time prior to staring the repair and picking it up. The vehicle was completed twelve hours later than had been promised but she did not know what had caused the delay.

Debra said they did a great job. It looks good. The repairs were delayed because they were waiting for a part. She called them about the vehicle on Monday because this business did not call her to notify her if was ready. She picked it up on a Tuesday. It cost her extra for the use of the loaner vehicle because of the delay.

Spoke with Jordan. He said his vehicle took an extra day and a half because they waited to order the part until the promised day. This may have been due to a miscommunication. He had expected his vehicle to be ready at the end of his cruise. His vehicle was ready at the second promised time of 4:30 pm.

Cody said there was one dent the facility forgot to remove before he got his vehicle back. He has left a message with them and is still waiting for a call back. His experience was very good, the work was great and his vehicle was finished within a week, which is faster than he had expected.

Dan said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the muffler is still making a lot of noise, the vehicle is still not done and he has to take it back to have it done right. He stated it sounds like he is dragging cans down the street. Also, he mentioned that he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process nor was he satisfied with this business's communication because he had to call for updates. For these reasons he would not recommend this facility to others because he would not want them to have the same experience. The business does not seem the same as it had been. Lastly, he said they washed the vehicle very well.
