Spoke with Mark. He said Kelly liked the work, the people were very helpful and friendly but at the beginning, she had to call them for updates on the repair. The repair was a day or so late because the parts didn't come in and was not the business' fault. She had to call the facility at first but afterwards, they did keep her updated and because of this, they could have been better on the communication as well.
