Rhonda said she rated her overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because she was really disappointed they called her saying her vehicle was ready and there was gold paint on both red reflectors on both sides of her bumper. All the business did was paint her bumper and they got it on her reflectors but everybody was courteous and pleasant. She was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the reasons already stated. She chose not to evaluate the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because she does not know who that was and the other person's insurance company dealt with them. She chose not to evaluate whether she was completely satisfied with the business's communication because of the reasons already stated. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
