John said he was not happy with the fact that he had to bring his vehicle in at least 3 different times due to the delay of getting parts from the manufacture. He will give them credit for really trying but he was getting married and he did not have a rental so it was a huge inconvenience for him not to have his vehicle. He was also told he would get a call if anything came up but that never happened he had to do all the calling. His vehicle ended up being at least week and a half late.
