Jayette said she was not kept informed during the repair process and there was not enough communication with her. The representative called and left her a message about her vehicle being completed but did not give her any information about what work was done. She was not happy with the person who prepared her estimate because she did not find out any thing until she picked it up. She had no communication with the shop.
