Richard stated that he has used the business in the past and got great service. This time it wasn't so great because he didn't get updates on the status of the repair. He was the one that had to contact the business to get updates. Richard mentioned that there are still some small issues with the vehicle like some of the window switches aren't functioning properly but functioned before the accident. The carpet at the base of the door isn't seated properly and that is why he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair. The vehicle was a day late because of a mechanical issue that wasn't related to the accident. He did not elaborate. He wasn't kept adequately informed and was unsure why. Richard was the one that had to call the business. Richard did think that the estimate was a little high but didn't get a chance to go over it thoroughly. He added that because of the above mentioned reasons he wouldn't recommend the business to others.
