Richard said he was not satisfied with the communication because he called them to see if his vehicle was ready and they told him yes over the phone, but when he arrived they said it was not ready. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the smaller pieces of the repair looked like they were not fitting. He stated his vehicle took an extra two days because they told him they were not able to put it in the alignment shop in the time they had hoped. Richard wouldn't recommend this facility to others because they just want the vehicles in and out.
