Spoke with Kelly. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because many parts were not put on and fastened down. When Jonathan picked up the vehicle he had to bring it straight back to the business to have the issue addressed. When the vehicle was picked up the check engine light was on. It was not on when she dropped the vehicle off and it is a new vehicle, so it should not be coming on. The associate at the business hooked the vehicle up to the system and it showed that nothing was wrong. The associate said it was just a coincidence. Jonathan had to take a day off of work and take the vehicle into a different business, where they found something that needed to be reset. The vehicle was not ready when promised. She dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday and was told it would be ready in 3 to 4 days. It was not ready until the following Friday. It ended up taking well over a week. She was told it was delayed because of problems ordering parts. They were not kept adequately informed during the repair process and they had to always call the business for information. The only time the business called was when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. She was dissatisfied with the way they were treated by the personnel because of the way the business handled the check engine light problem. They said it was just a coincidence and treated it like it was nothing. Jonathan was upset and was dissatisfied with the way they treated him. She was dissatisfied with the communication because there was no communication. As a result of this visit she would not recommend this business to others.
