This neighborhood auto repair shop has a personal touch. They can provide an oil change or any other minor service if you bring it in early in the day, without even having to call beforehand. Last time I did that, they fund more serious problems, called me right away, and were able to order the parts and fix the car within very quickly. The receptionist Jen is efficient and friendly, and the mechanics always explain what they're doing in ways you can understand. I really appreciate their work.
