$700 to have a headlight replaced
I drove a jeep and I understand that it takes some extra labor to get to the headlight but $700 is ridiculous.

I also don't think it’s fair to also charge a $120 diagnostic fee on top of labor and repairs. If the owner chooses not to have the vehicle repaired there, it makes sense to pay for the time spent. But not on top of what You pay to have the vehicle repaired and labor there. The diagnostic should be complimentary if I then give you my repair business.

Brent is very knowledgeable and nice , but the prices are incredibly high.

There may be some confusion on the details related to your vehicle. The vehicle came in for a check engine light. We found the oxgen sensor and thermostat needed to be replaced. This repair was declined. Supplimentally, you requested we replace the headlight bulb. The vehicle required a HID bulb (L0000D3S). We shared upfront this is higher cost bulb and was different from the bulb you had purchased. We provided an OE grade bulb and charged you list price for the bulb. It is very common in the repair industry for a diagnostic fee to be assessed for a check engine light. We are very sorry you are frustrated with our estimate. Please let us know if you need our help in the future.
