Customer Service was very friendly and helpful
Generally I'm not a big fan of Dealership service. I've had some very bad experiences in the past with other dealers. But, with that being said, I was generally pleased with the service here and will return and would recommend a friend to their service.

Service department great, Hyundai support not so much
Savannah and the service team at Peacock Hyundai have worked diligently to resolve an issue that occurred from day one with our Palisade; however, the solution given by the manufacturer, Hyundai, does NOT solve the problem - taken in over four times for same issue with no satisfactory resolution to the odor issue. The manufacturer clearly had an issue with materials used in seating that creates a foul odor, proposed a solution that DOES NOT WORK and thus far REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. There are blogs on the Hyundai site that speak to this issue, but no satisfactory solution. The service team has done what they can, namely, what is suggested by Hyundai, to no avail. The Peacock team is professional and diligent in their service.

Earlier I wrote; “Hyundai does not want to take responsibility and fix a huge problem with certain early generation Palisades which create pungent odor in the vehicle. This was fourth trip to fix the problem, doing the same thing their tech support says to do with no positive result! Also had work to be done on a previous recall issue that has recurred - service not completed as they did not have the parts even though we made this appointment a month ago. So we will have to return when part is available - original issue was fixed a few months ago. Did complete the other scheduled service items well. Service personnel are very attentive and try to help, but seems Hyundai is not so responsible. Recommend the business but not the product.”

Respect your staff
Jessica is what makes service at Peacock Hyundai worthwhile. She is truly an asset to this company. She is fast, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. Make your staff know they are appreciated and will continue to work there and be an asset to your company long term, not with a pat on the back but by compensating them with decent wages! The main reason staff jump ship is because they are not shown appreciation in the form of a proper living wage. Generally everything in life around us goes up in cost except wages. Prove that you are a better company than most around you.
