Was having tire and sensor issues. They ordered a set of Coopers, arrived and rebooked a few days later, tires mounted & balanced.
Low pressure sensors going crazy for past few months even with repeated re-inflations completely disappeared. Keisha filled out the refund forms for me while I was waiting too, and just received my debit card in the mail. Would have been lost in the piles of things to do at home, so that was a real timesaver.

Stephen said he brought his vehicle to this business because his serpentine belt came off. He put the belt back on and everything ran perfectly until he got it back to his property. The whole time it ran the battery light was on, because the alternator had gone out. The staff checked to make sure, and said yes, the alternator was the problem. He stated the price they charged him for the alternator was off the scale. He said he would change it out himself. When he got the vehicle back again, it was running kind of rough. The staff called him and told him the computer was out. Stephen told them he would go get a used computer to put back in. Then, he received a call back from the staff, saying the original computer was fine. Nothing was wrong with it. He added the place has lost his confidence, although the staff was very, very nice. the staff is nice and polite. He also said this business has lost his confidence.

Took longer than promised
Quality of the work appears to be good but took more than a day to complete even with an appointment about a week in advance. Wish someone would have called and let me know. Great service otherwise even got a ride home both ways.
