While we appreciate the 4/5 star review, we apologize for any misunderstanding on your part. Your vehicle was towed into us with no appointment. We are always around a week out in terms of scheduling. Our office staff informed you of this, and wrote you on the schedule for 1 week from day of tow in.
We informed you, that if it could be looked at sooner, it would be. While we did get a chance to look at it sooner, the timeframe still remained the same regarding completion.

We apologize for the delay in addressing your vehicle. We are an extremely sought after repair shop, and our schedule is typically always 1.5-2 weeks out. When your vehicle came in, we made sure to notify you of this, and we addressed the vehicle exactly when we said that we would. Unfortunately, we must follow our strict schedule, unless cancellations occur (rarely), in order to avoid skipping other customers that have scheduled in advance.
We sincerely hope that you were satisfied with the customer service, and quality of repairs; and we will be happy to serve you further into the future. Unfortunately though, with the volume of work and customers we serve, the schedule is not something we are able to fluctuate on. We apologize if this was any inconvenience to you.
