Service still excellent after 10 years
Took our car in for a recall. We arrived 30 minutes early; however,they still took our car right in and we were finished within one hour (they had told us it would take an hour when we initially made our appointment). Courteous and on time...plus they washed our car! Best service group in Houston/Katy area!

labor rates are too high
labor rates ate too high, same service can be provided elsewhere at a better rate. oil change should not be $50-60.

Scheduling a service at HUB West delays service
I scheduled service early for my vehicle and took a day off from work to get maintenance completed and had to call you around 1:00pm to see what the status was. Nobody had even taken a peak at my vehicle! Long story short, I received an oil change but the main reason why I brought my vehicle wasn’t even addressed. I was told that you had to many unscheduled customers that wanted oil changes so my vehicle was pushed to the side and wasn’t addressed. Part of my service was for windshield wipers. I knew I would pay more to have you install them but come on, $40.00 labor fee to snap them in! Robbery, I have done this task countless times and won’t ask you to do it again if we come back for our two Hyundai vehicles . The straw that broke the camels back is when I came to pick up the vehicle. I had requested a right rear reverse bulb be replaced and was told it wasn’t because the one the installed blew out upon installation. Had to wait another 45 minutes with my daughter in the parking lot. I imagine you keep bulbs in stock and was told this story because your service department simply forgot
