Fred said the only issue he has had when coming to this business for service is they continuously promise things and do not follow through with their promises. They told him his vehicle would be ready by a certain day and instead his vehicle was not returned to him until the following day because they needed more time. He said they should not promise things unless they are able to guarantee it to happen as said.
