Great Service at Hunter Hyundai
Was very impressed with the service, communication, and professionalism of this firm. My assigned cust svc rep -- Shannon Hart -- was outstanding. She took the time to understand and document my concern, kept me apprised throughout the 5-day turnaround, and provided some add'l added value information. While I was disappointed that the transmission on my 6-year old Genesis went out prematurely, I felt that Hunter Hyundai did an excellent job from start to finish on rectifying the situation. I will be back.
