Convenient location and established dealership
Hunter Hyundai is a well established dealership and is always fully staffed. The only thing I would like to see tweaked is when I pull up for regular service I feel I don't know what the proper procedure is. There should be someone to meet you quickly or signs telling you what to expect. I never know if I should leave my keys in the car and walk to one of the 6-7 stands with someone sitting behind computers. I find those staff members try not to make eye contact. I am always waited on eventually, but I have this same reaction every time I get my oil changed. Please put signage up to set the expectation and relieve the customer of the feeling they are being hopefully pushed off on someone else. I never arrive without an appointment and all the other working parts of the service is superb. I find I battle irritation almost immediately upon arrive at the service bay area.
